The deal between you and Blitz. Short, and written to be read.

Last updated: 3 August 2026.

1. What Blitz is

Blitz is software for 7on7 football programs to track recruits, evaluate film, and share athlete profiles with college coaches. It is operated by Kevin Copeland. Contact: support@blitzscouting.com.

2. Beta

Blitz is in beta. Features will change, things will break, and we may take the service down for work. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — the ⬇ Export button gives you a full backup of your board at any time.

3. Your account and codes

A program gets an owner passcode and can issue staff and player codes. You are responsible for who you give codes to and for revoking them when someone leaves. Do not share codes publicly or post them anywhere. Tell us promptly if you think a code has been exposed.

4. Your responsibilities around athletes

By using Blitz you confirm that:

Your board is yours. We will not look at it except to operate, back up or repair the service, and we will never sell or share it.

5. What you may not do

6. Third-party information

Blitz shows statistics and ratings from public sources including MaxPreps and Rivals/On3. That information belongs to those services, may be wrong or out of date, and can stop being available at any time. Verify anything that matters before you act on it.

7. Film and storage

Film you upload stays yours. Storage is limited and we may ask you to remove old sessions. Deleting a session deletes its film, except where an athlete's saved highlight still points at it.

8. Availability, and no warranty

We try to keep Blitz running and correct, but we provide it "as is", without warranties. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any statistic or rating shown is accurate. Blitz does not promise that any athlete will be recruited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost opportunities or recruiting outcomes, or for lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for Blitz in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Ending it

You can stop using Blitz whenever you like; export your board first. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, and will tell you why. If we shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell programs using Blitz and update the date above. Continuing to use Blitz after that means you accept the change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
